What would you like to talk about? Recent advances in NLP, Bias detection and mitigation

Bio: I a member of the King AI Research team working as a data scientist. I am a recent graduate of the Machine Learning Master’s programme at KTH and before that I received my bachelor’s degree in Physics. My Thesis Project focused on improving multilingual Language Models for low resource languages and measuring Gender-Bias in contextualized embeddings. While previously at Peltarion, I mainly worked on research projects focusing on Natural Language Processing. I have a strong interest in Bias, Fairness and Explainability in AI, and am currently researching methods of measuring Gender Bias in Transformer Models.
