Bio: I  joined Google in 2004 as a software engineer and spent a decade there working on data science, machine learning, data engineering and distributed systems problems. After building several data and machine learning teams for two media houses and an electrical battery company, Northvolt, I have spent a few years helping companies integrate data and AI into their strategy. I am a co-founder of a healthtech startup Sum Health and one of the founders of Women in Data Science (AI&ML) Sweden.

Galina has previously spoken at a WiDS AI & ML Sweden event, and is currently one of the WiDS AI & ML Sweden organizers. She’s also moderated a dozen panels at WiDS conferences and meetups.
